Each new version of VZD involves creating a new image that accompanies the logo area we all know. This year, the image must represent the student participation in creating VZD 2009 , fundamental concept.

La tónica de éste año para el diseño nacional, ha sido de múltiples festivales de diseño joven ...algo está pasando en el ambiente, y VZD es la ventana que los estudiantes porteños tenemos para presentar lo nuestro.

Hasta el año pasado, la organización del VZD era bastante paternalista: la muestra final era gestionada por profesores y autoridades académicas. Ahora, está en manos de nosotros, como estudiantes, de exhibir algo que nos identifique.

VALPARAISO AREA DESIGN is a product of the initiative of a network consisting of 6 universities and professional institutes in the region: University of Valparaiso, Playa Ancha, Del Mar, Vina del Mar, Inacap and DuocUC .
